What we collect
- Quote forms: name, company, phone, e-mail, pick-up and delivery location, cargo details.
- Job applications: full name, phone, e-mail, experience and anything you tell us about yourself.
- Technical data: the page the form was sent from, the language and campaign tags (UTM) if they were in the link.
Why we use it
To prepare a price quote and contact you (steps taken at your request before a contract), and for recruitment (your consent). Analytics and advertising cookies are only used with your consent – see the cookie policy.
Who receives it
Forms are sent via Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), which forwards them to us by e-mail. [To confirm: other processors – e-mail provider, accounting, IT support.]
How long we keep it
Quote requests – [X] months if no contract follows. Job applications – [X] months after the recruitment ends, unless you agree to longer storage.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, withdraw consent and object to processing. Write to robertas@ulvera.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
